Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk responsibilities include:
- Input invoices onto the purchase ledger
- Review invoices to ensure all details are correct
- Reconciliation of statements
- Processing Payment runs
- Create new supplier accounts
- Process payments
- Ensure invoices have the appropriate authorisation before paying
- Liaising with different departments
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Existing Purchase Ledger experience - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Pro-active with a can do approach - Required
- Good interpersonal skills - Required
