Our client, based in Newent, is currently recruiting an HR Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a not-for-profit organisation which has a positive impact on the people they support and provide their staff with a great working atmosphere and commitment to development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and a positive can-do attitude. You will play an integral part in supporting the HR Business Partners with all things HR as well as any ad hoc duties and projects as and when required.

Key Responsibilities;

-Assist general HR queries via email and phone

-Preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, DBS and associated changes to T&Cs

-Admin associated with the leavers process is carried out in a timely and efficient manner

-Monitor all HR information systems to ensure it contains accurate and up to date data

-Issue learning and development updates and record attendance

-Liaise with finance to ensure employee information is up to date and accurate

-Support people strategy plans, coordinate events and meeting as required

-Observe and report on the compliance of performance management, learning and development etc.

-Review recommendations of change on HR processes and systems

-Support implementation of systems upgrades and processes

Candidate Attributes;

-High attention to detail

-Excellent communication skills

-Excellent administration and organisational skills

-Be able to prioritise workload daily and work to deadlines

-Ability to treat confidential information with discretion

-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Hours - Monday - Friday - 37 hours per week
