Quattro Resourcing are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on a 5 month Fixed term contract on behalf of our bespoke client based in Newmarket.
Key Duties
- Invoice processing
- Payment Allocation & Statement of Accounts processing
- Produce Payment run reports
- Email Remittance reports daily.
- Assist with management on financial accounts
- Liaising with Operational teams on purchases
- Processing sales orders
- Assist the sales team with booking meeting rooms and customer visits
Requirements
- Great attention to detail
- Use of Microsoft Office especially EXCEL
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- AAT Qualified (desirable)
- Experience With SAGE (Desireable)
- Ability to meet deadlines
Working days/hours will be Monday to Friday (Apply online only) with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
