About the Role

As the Head Development Chef, you will combine culinary creativity with leadership, driving the site's development kitchen to deliver ground-breaking food products. Leading a team of five, you will oversee the innovation process, develop customer-aligned concepts, and manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of five, managing performance and development
  • Create innovative, market-aligned food concepts for customers
  • Act as the primary customer-facing representative for product development
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards
  • Research market trends to drive culinary excellence and product innovation

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with flexibility)

Interview Process

  • First Stage: Online Teams Interview with competency-based questions
  • Second Stage: Practical assessment in the development kitchen to present a set brief
