Entry Skilled Rate £22,959 (£11 p/h +fixed bonus that each production operator earns which is an extra £0.44p p/hr) plus £4133 shift allowance equates to £27,092 (£12.98 p/h)

Opportunities for career progression to Multi-skilled Rate £24,003 (£11.50p/h+fixed bonus that each production operator earns which is an extra £0.44p p/hr)plus shift allowance equates to £28,136 (£13.48 p/h)

4 Day Week, Rotating Shift, Mornings, Afternoons & Nights:

Week 1 Monday-Thursday, 6am-4pm

Week 2 Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-8pm, Friday 7am-5pm

Week 3 Monday-Thursday, 8pm-6am

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake production tasks safely and accordance with instructions

Complete production activities in order of priority

Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications. Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products

Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analysed.
