Are you a part qualified or qualified ACCA,ACA or CIMA candidate looking to step into a Finance Manager position with the potential or earning an equity stake in the business?

Do you want the opportunity to move from practice or from another industry into a growing entrepreneurial business reporting into the Managing Director, manage a team helping the business achieve future growth while earning the potential for equity in the business?

On offer is the opportunity to join this entrepreneurial, fast growing business that is a leader in its sector, has been operating for over 20 years and increased their sites by over 25% in the last couple of years and will be offering the opportunity to become an equity shareholder in the business.

In this role you will be hands on and have full control of the finance function, managing and leading three accountants, manage the full P&L including the management accounts, month end reporting, oversee the control of assets and cash management for the full business, while assisting the Managing Director assess future growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a part qualified or qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA candidate who has led a team, prepared accounts, prepared a P&L, full finance reports for leadership review and wants the autonomy and potential to be an equity shareholder and who is happy to be in office based in Newport.

THE ROLE:

  • Oversee the P&L
  • Prepare Management Accounting and Month End reports.
  • Manage and lead three accountants.
  • Report into and aid the Managing Director

THE PERSON:

  • CIMA, ACA, or ACCA part qualified or qualified
  • Business services in practice or industry experience
  • Team Management
  • Passion to drive performance of the business.
  • Commutable to Newport
