Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
* Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients, providing outstanding service and support.
* Product Knowledge and Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights to guide client decisions.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in food service sales or a related field.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.

* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
* Good understanding of the UK food service and hospitality market.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid IT skills.
* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting the commercial team.
* Full UK driving licence - Confident to travel for customer visits and commercial events.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with wholesalers, food distributors, or hospitality clients.
* Knowledge of fresh produce, catering supplies, or seasonal food products.
* A genuine passion for food and industry trends.
