Your Duties :
- First point of telephone contact for service support calls, logging of service calls
- Allocation of work to engineers
- Management of purchase orders and costs
- Raising of invoices, supplier invoice queries
- Ordering and booking in of parts
- Month end inputting, i.e stock take information.
- Compiling quotes, generating reports as required
You will need to have the following knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of office systems
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in all aspects of work
- Time management
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective written and record keeping skills
- Knowledge in servicing / garages
