The opportunity:Â
- This boutique law firm in Newton Abbot is recruiting into the conveyancing team and searching for a technically excellent lawyerÂ
- There is already an abundance of work to be getting on with – with referrals from other departmentsÂ
- Working within this small practice, you will be a true team player
- You will have strong admin support
What will you do?
- Handle a mixture of sales & purchase files
- Manage freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, remortgage and equity transactions
- Potential to also handle matrimonial property matters
- Work on a realistic-sized caseload within this supportive team
- Work closely with the department head
What do you need?
- Ideally at least 2 years’ PQE as a solicitor or legal executive
- Residential Property law experience
- To be able to hit the ground runningÂ
