What You'll Do:

As a pivotal member of the HR Team, you will help lead recruitment activities across the organisation, ensuring we attract and recruit high-quality candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging job adverts, job descriptions, and person specifications
  • Collaborating with their advertising partners, HR Representatives, and school leaders
  • Onboarding new starters to ensure a seamless transition
  • Maintaining staff records using HR software
  • Managing the Single Central Record
  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff
