Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team based in Northampton on a 12-month FTC. - Proven experience as a Qualified Management Accountant

- Experience and Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of post-qualified experience in accounting and finance roles
- Proven track record of effectively managing financial operations and driving process improvements
- Experience in leading month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
