Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end reporting.
- Serve as a key contact for external audits, providing necessary support.
- Prepare individual year-end statutory accounts under FRS102.
- Collaborate with third-party advisors on tax returns.
- Oversee VAT reporting and associated controls.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring a strong understanding of the ledgers.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure accurate transaction reporting.
- Support the Group Financial Controller and Commercial Finance Director, including project work.
- Act as a day-to-day liaison for the wider Global Finance team, focusing on treasury management.
- Maintain and enhance the Group’s cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare and analyse reports for senior management and the Board.
- Drive continuous improvement and support the wider finance team in daily operations.
Your Experience:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand details while providing big-picture insights to senior stakeholders.
- Proactive and autonomous work ethic, with the ability to support a wider team.
