Management Accountant

As they broaden their global footprint, we are seeking a proactive Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant to enhance their team. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyse, and report weekly, monthly, and annual management accounts
  • Maintain financial models and forecasts including cashflow forecasts to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Implement and monitor financial controls and policies.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial audits.
  • Provide financial insights that contribute to the achievement of the company's sustainability goals.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in management accounting, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting and liaising with diverse cultures.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
  • Be AAT qualified or CIMA/ACCA part qualified.

The role is based on the East side of Northampton (accessible from Kettering, Wellingborough, Rushden, Corby, Olney, Milton Keynes and Daventry)

  • Salary - Negotiable Depending on Experience
  • Monday to Friday - 37.5 hour week (office based)

  • 20 days holiday plus statutory days.
