Management Accountant - About The Role
As a Management Accountant you will gain a wide variety of experience and exposure, and your responsibilities will not be limited to just Management Accounts. Working closely with your clients, you will be responsible for your own Portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:
- Primary contact for your own portfolio of clients
- Assist with general client queries and provide training if necessary
- Produce monthly management accounts and monthly reports
- Working closely with other departments such as Payroll or Tax to ensure clients’ needs are met and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Assist with bookkeeping requirements as required, including but not limited to, processing bank transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, sales and purchase ledger, preparing journals
The successful Management Accountant will have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA PQ, QBE will also be considered
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Management Accounts
- Experience with Xero, Sage, and CCH would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise with clients and form long-lasting relationships
