Sellick Partnership has been engaged to recruit a Management Accountant for a dynamic company based in Northampton.

The company is a highly successful, privately owned, Investment Group which has enjoyed consistent year on year growth. The business is entrepreneurial and able to offer the right candidate broad exposure to the whole finance function as well as the wider business.

General responsibilities include:

  • Producing accurate and timely management accounts.
  • Producing & updating regular cashflows
  • Maintaining and distributing all current MI schedules.
  • Preparing year-end packs and tax computations for review by Group's auditors.
  • Helping with the day-to-day management of the finance function.
  • Review & Improvement in the efficiency of current systems and processes.
  • Assisting/managing balance sheet reconciliations throughout the Group.
  • Liaising with banks and external auditors.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders.

You will possess good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and support teams across finance coupled with building positive relationships with teams and leaders across the business to work collaboratively.

The suitable candidate will have the following:

  • Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Works efficiently and calmly under pressure
  • Ability to plan and organise workload
  • Excellent IT skills, Advanced in all Microsoft Applications
