We are seeking an experienced Commercial Management Accountant to join their dynamic team. Salary £60,000 -£75,000 depending on experience.

This is a pivotal role where you will act as the crucial interface between the finance department and the commercial teams. We are looking for a proactive individual who can business partner across departments, providing insights and guidance that will truly add value to the business,whilst mentoring and developing a small team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary liaison between finance and commercial teams, offering support, insight, and analysis to drive decision-making
- Provide commercial and financial analysis to support strategic business initiatives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to influence business planning and budgeting
- Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the development of commercial strategy by providing accurate financial insights
- Mentor and support a small team of analysts, guiding their development and ensuring your function runs smoothly and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be an experienced management accountant with strong commercial acumen
- Have excellent communication skills, able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Be proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Demonstrate a proven ability to business partner with commercial teams and contribute to strategic discussions
- Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Remuneration:
- Salary £60,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience
- Hours of work 40 hours per week, office-based
- 22 days holiday + statutory bank holidays
