In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting budget and forecast processes, and driving financial analysis to support decision-making. Description

Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.

Provide financial support to site operations, including cost control, inventory management, and production-related expenses.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to site operations.

Identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

Assist in internal and external audits.

Support the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems on-site.
Profile
Key Skills & Experience:

A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).

Proven experience in manufacturing accounting, preferably within an FMCG or similar environment.

Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis in a manufacturing setting.

Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

A proactive approach with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
