We are hiring for a Job Admin Assistant to undertake general administrative tasks, stock control, labeling, and other duties in Northampton. This is a fast-paced office environment within a warehouse setting, and you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations. You will have your own office space and work closely with the warehouse team to maintain stock accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Duties of a Job Admin Assistant

You will be working as part of the Logistics and Administration team and will be responsible for:

  • Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Managing stock control processes, ensuring accurate labeling and tracking.
  • Coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure inventory records are updated.
  • Assisting in organising shipments and processing orders.
  • Maintaining a well-organised and efficient office workspace.

Skills and Experience of a Job Admin Assistant

As a Job Admin Assistant, you should have experience with:

  • General administration, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Stock control and labeling procedures.
  • Using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar administrative tools.

It would be beneficial to the Job Admin Assistant role if you also had:
