My client is looking for a talented Financial Planning Administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. You’ll be surrounded by passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference. Your work will go beyond the numbers – it’s about building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks, and delivering insights that drive real results. There are internal opportunities to progress into a Paraplanners, and if your career goals are to become a Financial Advisor, they will support you there too.

Main Duties of the Role:

  • Contacting providers to obtain information on existing plans
  • Submitting/processing new business applications
  • Obtaining plan valuations
  • Corresponding with clients, ensuring client records are kept up to date
  • Other general administrative duties
