- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and documents using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulations submissions.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the construction process.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
