Your Role:
As a Recruitment Branch Manager with a background in engineering or industrial recruitment, you'll grow your own desk through a blend of warm leads and new business opportunities. You'll also lead a small but dynamic team, with the long-term goal of expanding and growing your branch.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in team leadership or management.
- Expertise in contract/interim and permanent recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing, or technical recruitment.
- A passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
