Field Sales RepsNorthamptonshire£24,000 + Commission & Company CarMonday – Friday full-time hoursWe have partnered with a well-established business in the retail sector, who are looking for enthusiastic, money motivated individuals to join their team. You will be based at their Head Office in Northampton, however this is a field based role so you must be comfortable travelling for meetings, and have a Full UK Driving licence. This is a role you can really make your own, so if you are a self-motivated, confident sales professional – this could be for you!Key Duties:
  • Maintain and build excellent working relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Building and maintaining a steady pipeline of new business.
  • Regularly visit existing and prospective customers.
  • Working closely to internal budgets as set by your Sales Manager.
  • Be a relied upon point of contact for any potential customer issues or queries.
  • Negotiating with customers to achieve the best price for both the company and the customer
  • Responsibility for your own meetings, diary, expenses, mileage and budgets.
  • Support the Sales Manager and business, in the promotion of the brand.
  • A strong and continuous focus on business development and forward planning.
  • Weekly travel plans and reporting
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous sales experience and a good sales acumen
  • Confident driver and a full UK licence
  • Confident, enthusiastic and good time management
  • Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Negotiation skills
