This is an office based role with the option to work from home 1 day per week subject to a successful training period.

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Northamptonshire Partnership Homes for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Team and the Board to enable the smooth running of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing agenda's, tracking actions, setting appointments and recording meetings as required.
  • To undertake projects and assignments as required
  • Maintain a robust governance and compliance calendar to ensure all agreed corporate governance functions are effectively delivered.
  • Assist, support and deal directly with other Executives, Senior Managers, Board Members, Councillors, staff, representatives of external organisations and the public as required.
  • Servicing meetings, including preparation of meeting papers, obtaining and preparing briefing materials and presentations, and taking minutes when necessary.
  • Member rotations, training, away days and responding to individual Board member needs.
  • Attending HR meetings and taking comprehensive notes at Investigation meetings and Disciplinaries.
