We are on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join our dedicated and inclusive fulfilment team. This role is integral to delivering high-quality, cost-effective service and support to our operations and commercial teams. If you are a detail-oriented number-cruncher, a creative thinker, and someone who enjoys challenging the status quo with workable solutions, we want to hear from you.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Serve as the analytical financial core of the business, understanding all cost drivers and processes in the pick, pack, and distribution operations.
  • Produce concise reports and analyses that are easily comprehensible, supporting and liaising with senior management.
  • Collate and report weekly volume, revenue, and gross margin accounting/operational information.
  • Handle day-to-day and month-end reporting.
  • Partner with operational and account management teams to ensure excellence in data billing and customer services.
  • Be willing to work on the warehouse floor as needed to fully grasp operational costs and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business or financial roles, ideally within logistics or a similar sector.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of financial procedures, management accounts, ledgers, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Ability to question and challenge data and processes with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to investigate and analyse data, identifying trends and anomalies.
  • Dynamic and self-motivated, able to work autonomously and manage conflicting demands.
Desirable Skills:
  • Part or fully qualified ACCA or AAT; strong QBE candidates are also encouraged to apply.
