- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and assist callers
- Meet and greet any visitors
- Process Customer/supplier invoices & Customer/supplier credits
- Carry out sales order processing/purchase order processing
- Chase any outstanding purchase orders placed with suppliers and update the in house system
- Take credit card payments and process orders
- Oversee the business inbox and distribute as needed
- Unblocking orders in the warehouse – picking & packing orders as required
- Deal with Customer queries – late deliveries/shortages, etc
- General cover/support in the SAS team for holidays/sickness/busy times
- Department filing
- Accounts administration when required
- Adherence to Company procedures and rules
- Any other adhoc duties across admin or warehouse as and when required
- Previous experience in a service or administrative role
- Good organisational skills
- Familiar with MS office suite primarily Word and Excel
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated and able to work to deadlines
- Likes to work as a team – and happy to pick up work for the benefit of the team/business
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail
- Driving licence desired
