A well established Property Maintenance Contractor, covering London and Home Counties for over 30years are looking to recruit aMechanical OR Electrical Bias Building Services Engineerto join their maintenance team throughout the Cambridgeshire area.
Details of this Building Services Maintenance Engineer role:
- Monday - Friday
- Salary 40-45k
- Company Van & Fuel Card
- Overtime paid at time & half
- Calibrated tools, PPE, Tablet, Phone, Uniform
- Travel Pay
- 20 days Holiday + BH

What we are looking for from a Building Services Maintenance Engineer:
- Previous Building Maintenance Experience, working on equipment including AHU's, Emergency Lighting, Plumbing and General Building Fabrics.
- Knowledge of commercial building maintenance, reactive repair and quoted works.
- Mechanical or Electrical Qualifications; A/C / F-Gas, HVAC/ Plumbing
- Full UK Driving License
