Our client, a Leading Legal 500 firm based in the Northamptonshire area, are looking to recruit an NQ Solicitor onto their Employment team. This role is for a newly qualified solicitor but they will consider PQE levels higher than this. You are required to be a qualified Solicitor for this position.This role will involve you handling your own caseload from instruction to completion. The caseload will include both contentious and non-contentious work for a diverse client base, dealing with matters including but not limited to the following;
  • Assisting with Modern Slavery Act compliance,
  • Playing an integral advisory role with a variety of projects (including re-structuring, changing terms and conditions of employment, and large-scale redundancy exercises),
  • Providing strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/SMT disputes,
  • Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR matters,
  • Assisting with data protection compliance, and
  • Representing clients in employment tribunals.
