An established law firm is seeking a Private Client solicitor to join their well regarded Private Client team. If you're driven and eager to advance your career, while being apart of a inclusive working environment and building and maintaining strong client relationships, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys.
- Inheritance tax planning.
- Elderly client matters and estate administration.
- Supporting clients with Court of Protection applications, including deputyship.
- A qualified solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in private client law.
- Strong technical skills in wills, trusts, tax planning and elderly client matters.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proven business development and networking abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work unsupervised.
