- Contribute to the maintenance of site certifications (BRC, RT, Organic, BMPA)
- Collect and prepare samples including swabs for controls and investigations.
- Provide specifications and legal labelling function by creating, updating and maintaining finished product specifications.
- Respond to customers, consumers, auditors and regulators technical enquiries.
- Ensure the Quality Management System is fully implemented
- Previous experience working within the food manufacturing industry, in a quality/technologist role.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant food industry regulations and standards e.g. HACCP and BRC.
