- Established regional Main Contractor who have a long term work stream in the Northampton region
- They work on Social Housingrefurbishment projects.
- They have a long term contractand need an experienced Site Manager to help them deliver the project
Role
- Managing a new project starting which is a residential repair and maintenance scheme
- Internal refurbishmentand decarbonisation of residential properties
- New project starting, long termduration - minmimun 1 year
- Directing the Site team and subcontractors.
- Report to a visiting Contracts Manager.
- Fast track Kitchen and Bathroom replacement scheme
Person specification
- You must have successfully delivered projects for a reputable contractor.
- You must have previous experience on Kitchen and Bathroom retrofit schemes in a social housing environment
- Knowledge of refurbishment and maintenance works
- Good communication skills with relevant paperwork and documentation.
- Worked on residential refurbishment projects
- Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
- You must have current CSCS, First aid, SMSTS certificates
Initially on a long term contract basis this role will also be open to applicants seeking a permanent appointment
