Job Title: Site Manager - Refurbishment Works
Location: Northamptonshire region
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager, your primary duties will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day management of projects, including sub-contractors on site.

Reviewing client instructions and schedules, ensuring a full understanding of project requirements.

Reading and interpreting construction drawings and designs.
-
Conducting site inspections to maintain high standards of work and health & safety compliance.
-
Managing labour and materials to meet project deadlines efficiently.
-
Adhering to all health & safety regulations and quality control standards.
-
Identifying and communicating project variations to the Contracts Manager.
-
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
-
Handling client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
-
Leading team meetings covering performance, operational delivery, health & safety updates, company information, and training.

Conducting inspections of completed work, documenting and signing off using app-based systems.
Person Specification:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven experience in supervising and managing refurbishment projects.

Experience working in occupied environments.
-
A valid SMSTS certificate.
-
Strong ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
-
Effective time management skills and experience working towards tight deadlines.
-
Knowledge and oversight of all health & safety procedures and processes.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Understanding of site procedures and best practices.
-
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
-
Commercial awareness with the ability to identify contract variations.
What We Offer:

Salary range: 40,000 - 45,000
