Franchise Manager - North of England
Location: Virtual - Northampton
Salary: 40,000 per annum

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Franchise Manager to cover the North of England, including key areas such as Manchester, Leeds, and the Midlands.

Job Purpose:
- Be the Business Manager for each Franchisee in your region.
- Coach and develop Franchisees to grow and develop their businesses.
- Implement and drive sales & marketing strategies tailored to each Franchisee.
- Support & coach Franchisees to build profitable and sustainable businesses.
- Assist in the Recruitment & Selection program to expand the Franchise Network.
Key Responsibilities:
General:
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with Franchisees.
- Execute standard business activities such as Flyers, Group Meetings, and Tool Fairs.
- Launch new Franchisees into the network and support their business development.
- Coach Franchisees to meet and exceed business goals, especially in their first 12-18 months.
- Identify and support Franchisees who need additional coaching to meet standards.
Specifics:
- Achieve Gross Sales and SGM Targets.
- Monitor and control personal expenditure.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Franchisees to manage Trade Accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and provide market insights.
- Prepare and review Franchisee business and action plans.
- Drive profitable sales using KPI information and training guidance.
- Conduct monthly Franchisee Group Meetings.
- Support the Franchise Recruitment program to generate high-quality leads.
- Manage and track Franchisee sales growth.
- Comply with Business Conduct Guidelines.
Accountability:
- Achieve set sales and margin targets.
- Set and track Franchisees' business goals.
- Deliver motivational customer sales and business meetings.
- Focus on driving Franchisees' businesses profitably and sustainably.
- Contribute to the quality Recruitment Program in the UK.
- Ensure timely communications across internal and external customer bases.

Requirements:
- Industry/BTEC qualifications preferred.
- GCSE Maths and English essential.
- Proven track record in a Franchise environment is preferable but not essential.
- Minimum 2 years in Sales Management.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Commercially minded and astute.
- Ability to understand and analyse data.
- PC literate to an intermediate/high level.
- Full UK Driver's License.
- Willingness to travel and stay away around the region and support other regions for key events.
