Key Responsibilities
- Mortgage & Protection Advice: As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to a steady flow of new and existing clients, ensuring they receive tailored, professional solutions.
- New Leads Provided: Receive 8-10 fresh, qualified leads weekly from a team of dedicated introducers. Convert these leads into 2-3 successful mortgage applications each week.
- Client Database Access: Unlimited access to the branch’s extensive client database allows you to identify remortgage opportunities, helping clients secure the best possible mortgage solutions.
- Commission Structure: With no validation thresholds, earn 10%-25% commission on all business banked, providing a realistic first-year OTE of £45,000 and high earnings of £60,000+ from Year 2 onwards.
- Administrative Support: Focus on delivering exceptional advice and client service while benefiting from professional administrative assistance.
Key Skills & Requirements
To excel as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in this role, you will need:
- CeMAP Qualification: Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified to deliver professional advice.
- Proven Mortgage Sales Experience: Previous experience in a tied, independent, or banking environment with a strong track record in mortgage and protection sales.
- Customer Service Excellence: A client-focused approach, delivering first-class service to maintain and enhance the company’s excellent reputation.
- Driving License: A full UK driving license is essential for client visits.
- CAS Status Advantage: Competent Adviser Status (CAS) is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
- Clean Background: A clean credit history and no criminal convictions are mandatory.
