- Lead the development and execution of a £500k-£1m paid digital strategy to drive customer acquisition.
- Achieve 20%+ annual revenue growth through targeted campaigns and optimisation.

- Manage and optimise digital marketing performance, ensuring efficiency and maximising ROI.
- Analyse key performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
