Electrical TrainerCheshire£35,000 + Great Training Opportunities + Good Work Life Balance + Flexitime + No Weekends or EveningsAre you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to take a step back from the tools and join a company who offer a fantastic work life balance and culture?On offer is the opportunity to share your experience and skillset with the next generation of Engineers by becoming a tutor in your field.With over 30 years of experience, this small yet very successful independent training provider have maintained their outstanding reputation throughout this time and have become a known supplier of skilled and qualified apprentices.In this role, you will be using the onsite facilities to train and coach Engineers at the beginning of their careers through their Level 3 qualifications with a mix of classroom and workshop teaching. You do not need to have any teaching qualifications to apply for this role.The ideal candidate for this role will be a time served Electrical Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing environment, preferably with a Level 3 qualification or relevant apprenticeship but this is not essential. Experience with some training is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will need to pass an Enhanced DBS.The role:

• Electrical Trainer of apprentices
• Site based in Cheshire
• Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:30pm)
• Flexitime and opportunities to accrue 12 extra days of holiday

The person:

• Background in Electrical Maintenance, manufacturing environment
• Preferred relevant Level 3 qualification or apprenticeship
• Training experience not required but is advantageous
• Looking to take step back from the tools
