Standalone HR Manager // Growing Business // Permanent Role

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? We are partnering with a growing business to find a Standalone HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and hands-on HR professional to work closely with the leadership team and drive the HR agenda. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, from recruitment and employee relations to policy development and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Advising on and handling employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • Leading on HR strategy and implementing initiatives to support business growth
  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting managers with performance management, training, and development
  • Driving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Managing HR systems and data reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a standalone HR Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
