Ashley Kate HR & Finance are currently supporting our national client as they recruit for a Regional HR Advisor to join their HR team. The role will work as part of the wider team in supporting a head count remit of over 1000 UK wide employees. They seek a candidate based in the North west, who is prepared to travel to other sites across the UK.

The Regional HR Advisor will provider support across the business with a particular emphasis on Employee Relations across Central, East, Midlands and North Regions. this is an exciting and fast paced opportunity for an experienced Advisor.

The role:

  • Support managers with ER casework and assist with meetings when required.
  • Give regular advice on a range of HR related queries.
  • Work with the People Director to develop, map and improve processes to create efficient and user friendly systems and procedures.
  • Provide support across the People team including Recruitment and onboarding.
  • Reporting on HR Data

We are looking for:

  • Proven background managing ER cases from start to finish.
  • Experience managing high volumes of ER cases.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Very strong knowledge on Employment Legislation.
  • Ability to effectively support and advise managers.
