Cactus Search are hiring an Admin assistant.This role is in Northwood and not in London.You will be an integral member of our client relationship and services support team. Your principal responsibility is to provide a first-class administrative service for our clients and to your colleagues. You will ensure that our Chartered Financial Planners are well organised, informed, and prepared to perform their client servicing duties effectively, efficiently and on time.Monday to Friday office hours in the Northwood office on site.We are looking for someone who Enjoys a challenge, with a desire and experience of working in a small business.We are an established and growing company, and your proactive input will be integral to our ongoing success. Your administrative responsibilities will be varied, for example.
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Preparing reports and presentations for client reviews
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Client correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment
  • Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and suppliers
