We have an exciting opportunity for a maternity cover within for our clients Business Support team in their Norwich office. The role is initially for 12 months, however continued business growth could lead to a permanent position. This role is to provide efficient administrative services as part of the daily operations of the business.
Duties include:
- Managing diaries and calendars.
- Answering phones and directing client queries.
- Greeting clients on arrival when required.
- Provide support for a wide range of meetings.
- Delivering excellent customer service to clients and team members.
- Supporting other members of the Business Support team as required.
- Managing client database while handling confidential client data correctly and securely.
- Creating and maintaining new client records.
- Maintaining internal spreadsheets.
- Assisting with the administration of various reports.
- Drafting, editing, and sending formal letters by both post and email and OneClick.
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday. My client is looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent IT skills and proven experience working within a similar role.
