My client is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead and develop a dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the team’s growth and success through effective performance monitoring, coaching, and strategic sales development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve individual and collective performance, enhancing skills and results through consistent, tailored coaching and support.
- Take accountability for the development and performance of agreed key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and new customer acquisition.
- Foster a culture of responsibility, accountability, and results-driven behaviour within the team.
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve financial targets, forecast performance, and address any potential revenue shortfalls.
- Conduct daily motivational meetings to energize and align the team on their daily goals.
- Organise and lead monthly one-on-one meetings with each sales executive to review performance, discuss success, and set objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales coaching and leadership, with a track record of improving team performance and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the East Anglian business base with proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- In-depth knowledge of digital and print marketing, with a keen understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
- Competent in planning and organising, with excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
- Experience in field and telesales with a focus on delivering results and maintaining customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and effectively forecast business performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and sales software.
