We are actively looking for an Electrical Manager to join a local authority in the Norfolk area on a long-term contract basis. In return you will receive, longevity of a contract, hybrid working and flexible hours.

As the Electrical Manager, you will be:

Managing the EICR programme
Managing the day to day electrical programme for the domestic and commercial properties
Supporting and managing the external contractors and operatives
Responsible for the management of the statutory responsibilities for electrical testing, fire alarms, service and maintenance

Experience and qualifications:

Social housing experience
Contract management experience within electrical
Experience managing an electrical programme
