This home provides both short-term and full-time care, specialising in dementia care and support. It is committed to person-centred care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and individuality.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents Helping with mobility and ensuring safety at all times
- Supporting residents with mealtime preparation and feeding, when needed
- Encouraging independence and dignity, ensuring a high standard of care
- Collaborating with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
What We’re Looking For:
-  A caring and compassionate nature – a genuine passion for helping others
-  Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – ability to connect with residents and colleagues
-  Team player – able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Â A minimum of 6 months UK experience
- Â Right to work in the UK
