Learning & Development AdministratorOffice Based, 38 hrs a weekBowthorpeImmediate startOur client are recruiting for an experienced administrator to support their L&D Team.  Key duties and responsibilities are as follows:• Work closely with project managers, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of training materials. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather the necessary content for training.• Communicate regularly with teams to gather feedback and incorporate it into the training material. • Manage timelines and deadlines for the creation and review of training content. • Maintain the central repository for all training resources to ensure easy access and version control. • Review and proofread training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity • Maintain accurate records of project progress, feedback, and changes made to training materials. • Provide regular updates to project leads or relevant stakeholders. • Provide lunchtime cover for reception, when needed. • Provide admin support to the L&D Function and the HR Team. • Comply with all necessary general company administrative requirements.
