We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations and contribute to our mission of fostering academic excellence and personal growth.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the school's values and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
  • Coordinate professional development and training programs for staff.
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
