Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the school's values and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
- Coordinate professional development and training programs for staff.
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
