- Provide advice on all aspects of HR practice, developments and legislation, ensuring the school adheres to best practice and operates within the law and in line with the Trust’s HR strategy.         Â
- Manage the school’s HR information system (EPM Portal), including managing user access, providing training, generating reports.
- Manage and update school HR documents, including HR forms.
- Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures, as necessary.
- Contribute to the development of the HR function.
- Attend and contribute to HR Meetings.
- Disseminate guidance on HR procedures and processes, through liaison with external HR consultancy. i.e. EPM, Occupational Health, Teachers’ Pensions and LGPS pension as required across the Multi Academy Trust.
- Attend and provide advice, guidance and support to the school Leadership Team meetings in all areas relating to staff.
- Act as Personal Assistant to the Headteacher, as required.
- Recruitment - Oversee the advertisement of vacancies, to both internal and external candidates, including working with external partners to publicise available roles.
