Service Administrator

THIS IS A TEMP ROLE!!!! But it will be very long-term!

Utterly brilliant company to work for that is in the process of expansion!

Role Outline:

To manage the day-to-day incoming goods from customers requiring repair. This role is responsible for loading incoming goods into the system, tracking them through to the required technician and ensuring the product is stored in a safe location.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring customer units are booked into the system accurately

Responsible for the Admin (Goods Receipt and Tracking) of customer products

Ensure customers are kept up to date on progress of their repair, including ensuring that customers receive quotations for repair as appropriate and quotation status is tracked through the system

Provide support for service desk activities, including addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating requests as needed

Control stock of parts to assist Technicians with repair of products. Regularly counts stock to ensure accuracy.

Answering incoming customer calls and communicating with internal teams to get updates.
