- Provide technical support for servers, networks, and users.
- Perform daily system checks, maintenance, and administration.
- Respond to security alerts and escalate incidents as needed.
- Manage user accounts, ensuring MFA protection and timely setup.
- Deliver user training and create training materials.
- Collaborate with IT teams in the UK & US for knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with IT technologies and best practices.
- Adhere to company policies, including health & safety and equal opportunities.
- Strong technical support experience in server and network infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach.
- Experience with MFA and IT security best practices.
- Ability to work a variety of shift patterns, falling between 07:00-18:00. (38 hours per week)
