  • Our client is seeking a candidate for a 3-week project starting on December 2nd to support the delivery of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

  • A Level 3 Business Administration qualification or equivalent, along with five GCSEs including Maths and English, is required.
  • The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have at least one year of experience in project environments.

Our client needs a candidate to work on a project for 3 weeks from 2nd December.

Purpose:To support the delivery of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and related projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Programme Manager in coordinating and monitoring projects.
  • Maintain an overview of project expenditures, claims, outputs, and outcomes.
  • Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Conduct research and analyse data for program leads and councils.
  • Manage grant calls, appraise applications, and monitor compliance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong administrative skills with experience in project environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in ICT, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Sharepoint
  • Ability to produce clear written materials for various audiences.
  • Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent, with five GCSEs including Maths and English.

Communication Focus:56-70% of the role involves external communication.
