HR Assistant
- Assist with general HR tasks
- Manage employee life cycle administration
- Maintain employee records and systems
- Administer employee support initiatives
- Oversee training expiration and continuation
- Assist with Right to Work and DBS checks
- Manage enquiries and inboxes as the first line of response
- Handle service recognition and rewards for exams, retirement, etc.
- Raise POs and invoices
- Book Team days and social events
Person Specification:
Education and Qualifications:
- Essential: Good standard of Maths and English
- Desirable: CIPD Level 3 (or above) or equivalent experience
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in an HR environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Agile and adaptable
- People-driven with a sense of fairness and integrity
- Diligent and detail-oriented
- Creative, solutions-driven, and self-motivated
- Resilient and able to perform under tight deadlines
